本研究主要探讨CaF2矿化剂对刚玉/莫来石/钛酸铝复相材料的晶相、晶胞参数、显微结构及性能的影响;从中确定最佳的CaF2添加量。采用XRD法表征各试样的晶相结构和晶胞参数,采用SEM法观察各试样的显微结构;用Rietveld Quantification法确定各试样中各晶相的含量和测试各试样的性能。实验结果,确定CaF2矿化剂最佳添加量为0.3%,对应的抗折强度和抗折强度保持率分别为47.46 MPa和57.84%。
In this study, the effects of CaF2 mineralizer on the crystal phase, unit cell parameters, microstructure and properties of corundum / mullite / aluminum titanate composite materials were investigated. The optimum amount of CaF2 was determined. The crystal structure and cell parameters of each sample were characterized by XRD. The microstructure of each sample was observed by SEM. The content of each crystal phase in each sample was determined by Rietveld Quantification method and the properties of each sample were tested. The experimental results show that the optimum addition of CaF2 mineralizer is 0.3%, corresponding to the flexural strength and flexural strength retention of 47.46 MPa and 57.84% respectively.
