目的识别、分析与评价上海市杨浦区某机械制造企业可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,确定建设项目的职业病危害类别,为该企业职业病危害分类管理提供科学依据;同时确定该企业在职业病防治方面的可行性,为其设计提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议。方法采用现场调查法、检测检验法和检查表法,对该机械制造企业工作场所中存在的职业病危害因素及接触水平、防护设施合理性进行控制效果评价。结果该企业工作场所涉及乙二醇、噪声等职业病危害因素,乙二醇浓度、噪声强度均未超标,采取的职业病防护设施对职业病危害因素总体控制较好。结论该企业机械制造项目属于“职业病危害较重”的建设项目。从职业病危害水平上综合分析,该企业可以申请竣工验收。该企业在正式投入生产运行后,应按照相关法规和建议加强职业卫生管理。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the possible occupational hazards and hazards of a machinery manufacturing enterprise in Yangpu District, Shanghai, and to determine the occupational hazards of construction projects and provide a scientific basis for the classification and management of occupational hazards in this enterprise. At the same time, The feasibility of its design to provide the necessary protection against occupational hazards and recommendations. Methods The methods of on-the-spot investigation, inspection and test and check list were used to evaluate the control effects of occupational hazards and exposure levels in the workplace of the machinery manufacturing enterprise and the rationality of protective equipment. Results The occupational disease risk factors such as ethylene glycol and noise in the workplace of the enterprise were not exceeded. The concentration of ethylene glycol and noise intensity did not exceed the standard. Occupational disease prevention facilities were generally under control of occupational hazards. Conclusion The enterprise machinery manufacturing project belongs to the construction project of “serious occupational disease hazard”. From a comprehensive analysis of the level of occupational hazards, the company can apply for completion of acceptance. After the enterprise formally put into operation, it should strengthen occupational health management in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
