正畸治疗中广泛应用的固定矫治器可导致口腔局部微环境发生改变,出现釉质脱矿及牙周组织损伤等病理改变,本文就正畸治疗过程中固定矫治器周围的菌斑形成、菌斑对口腔微生态的影响及菌斑的预防与控制作一综述。
