根据对AM50掘进机电控箱振动的理论分析,全面测试了切割假煤壁时电控箱的振动。利用HP3562A动态信号分析仪对测试信号进行了时域、频域及传递特性分析,找出了电控箱振动过大的因素,为下一步的隔振设计提供了依据。
According to the theoretical analysis of the vibration of AM50 TBM, the vibration of the electric control box when cutting the false coal wall was comprehensively tested. Using the HP3562A dynamic signal analyzer, the test signal was analyzed in time domain, frequency domain and transmission characteristic to find out the factors of excessive vibration in the electrical control box, which provided the basis for the next vibration isolation design.
