A northwestern rural organization introduced the Tibetan Buddhism sit-in ceremony for the inauguration of village leaders. The village leader, who lives in a room with the Goddess for a considerable period of time, is ostensibly like a marriage, but actually a religious experience that nurtures the morality of village leaders. Village leaders deliver and exchange non-transferable wealth at ceremonial occasions so as to achieve the succession of village leadership and the conversion from faith integration to organizational integration. Rather than being subject to orders of faith ritual script, village leaders showed great creativity and mobilization in substantive actions of ceremonial actions, environmental protection and mutual assistance in production.
