给出信源为非均匀二进制独立同分布源和信道为非标准信道下有关Turbo码的设计和有效性的问题。编码器的设计针对非均匀独立源来说应是最佳化的。译码算法根据信源在非平均形式下的冗余性进行修正;同时根据信道的不同特性而对译码算法提出不同的修正方案。从而得出结论,Turbo类码在信源和信道均为非标准情况下仍然是有效的。
The problem of design and validity of Turbo codes under non-uniform binary source with independent source and channel as non-standard channel is given. The encoder design should be optimized for non-uniform, independent sources. The decoding algorithm is based on the redundancy of the source in the non-average form. At the same time, different correction schemes are proposed for the decoding algorithm according to the different characteristics of the channel. It follows that the Turbo class code is still valid when both the source and the channel are non-standard.
