流行性感冒病毒(流感病毒)属于正黏液病毒科,是常见的呼吸道病毒,其基因组为分片段的单股负链RNA,根据其核蛋白的抗原性,可将人流感病毒分为甲型(A)、乙型(B)和丙型(C)等3类。近年来,病毒性流感的不断流行和暴发已引起世界范围的广泛关注,为了更好地对流感病毒进行方便、快速、准确的检测,本文对目前流感病毒常用的分子诊断技术的基本原理和应用现状进行了综述,为流感的预防、监测和控制提供重要的经济价值参考和公共卫生指导。
