随着西部大开发战略的实施和渝西地区经济的快速发展,也对灌区渠道工程的供水要求越来越高,供需矛盾更为突出。因此,关系到人口、资源、环境可持续发展的节约用水,是社会和经济发展的一项迫切任务,急需对大型灌区的渠系及其建筑物进行续建配套与节水改造。本文以西南地区某大型灌区为例,浅淡续建配套与节水改造的规划设计。
With the implementation of the strategy for the development of the western region and the rapid economic development in western Chongqing, the water supply requirements of the channel projects in the irrigated area are also getting higher and higher, resulting in a more prominent contradiction between supply and demand. Therefore, water conservation related to the sustainable development of population, resources and environment is an urgent task for social and economic development. It is urgently necessary to continue the construction and water saving reconstruction of the canal system and its buildings in large-scale irrigation areas. In this paper, a large-scale irrigation area in Southwest China, for example, continued to plan for the reconstruction and water-saving reconstruction.
