提出一种拉深筋参数化建模与自动化设计的方法,实现了拉深筋的实时设计、实时更新以及参数化设计。该方法根据定义的拉深筋控制点参数信息,应用正交截面法创建拉深筋截面曲线,解决了拉深筋创建中容易出现的冲压负角关键问题。采用同形分段法,实现了多形状混合拉深筋的功能,显著提高了拉深筋设计的灵活性。通过沿压料面法向延伸拉深筋线,对拉深筋端头进行光顺设计。该方法基于CATIA的参数关联和自定义特征(UDF)技术,提出了实体拉深筋UDF概念,开发了拉深筋参数化设计系统(DBDS),实现了拉深筋的参数化创建和编辑。经过大量汽车覆盖件实例测试,该方法稳定可靠、拉深筋参数准确,适用于拉深筋的自动优化设计。
A method of parametric modeling and automatic design of drawbead is proposed, which realizes real-time design, real-time updating and parametric design of drawbead. According to the defined control parameters of drawbead, the method was used to create the drawing curve of drawbead by using orthogonal section method, which solved the key problem of negative drawbead in drawbead. By using the same shape segment method, the function of multi-shape mixing drawbead is realized, and the flexibility of drawbead design is significantly improved. Stretching the tendon by normal extension along the pressing surface, smoothing the ends of drawbead. Based on CATIA’s parametric association and custom feature (UDF) technique, this method proposed the concept of solid drawbead UDF, and developed the drawbead parametric design system (DBDS) to realize the parametric creation and editing of drawbead. After a large number of car cover example test, the method is stable and reliable, drawbead parameter accuracy, suitable for automatic optimization of drawbead design.
