随着机械工业的飞速发展,对游标卡尺的需要量越来越大,国外游标卡尺的生产已陆续采用精冲、合成塑料刻线尺、组合机床切削等新工艺,因此产量高,成本低、质量稳定。而目前国内游标卡尺的前道生产基本上是沿用老一套工艺。拿尺框加工来说,从备料到精磨共十余道工序,生产流程长,金属切削量大,设备材料等消耗率高,成本率低,已远远不能适应现代化生产发展的需要。为了改变这种落后的生产状况,打好量具翻身仗,我们根据现有的技术水平和生产情况,经过反复研究,决定以“少、无切削加工”为目标,采用精铸工艺。并首先对尺框进行了试验:实践证明:游
With the rapid development of machinery industry, the demand for vernier calipers is getting larger and larger. The production of foreign vernier calipers has been successively applied with new technologies such as fine blanking, synthetic plastic ruler and combination machine tool cutting so that the output is high, the cost is low, and the quality is stable . At present, the former domestic vernier caliper production basically follows the same old process. Take size frame processing, from preparation to grinding a total of more than ten processes, the production process is long, large metal cutting, equipment, materials and other high consumption rate, low cost, far from being able to adapt to the needs of the development of modern production.
