目的:为使高职高专卫生检验与检疫技术专业设置和人才培养模式与社会行业需求相吻合,解决毕业生就业的深层次问题,并为行业人力资源建设、专业规范建设、深化教学改革提供基础资料。方法:采用问卷调查方式,对重庆市41个疾病预防控制机构在编人员总数、卫生检验人员职称、学历、年龄、工作年限等情况进行调查、并对调查结果进行了分析和讨论。结果:重庆市29个疾控机构在岗人员职称、学历都有所提升,均超过2005年全国水平,其中学历主要以专科层次为主,机构在岗人员主要以中老年人员居多。结论:重庆地区急需大量卫生检验人才,以充实基层人力资源,才能保证疾病预防、控制、监测等相关工作的开展。
OBJECTIVE: To solve the deep-seated problems of graduates’ employment in order to match the setting of professional health inspection and quarantine technology in higher vocational colleges with the training model of talents and the needs of social industry, and to provide for the construction of human resources of industry, professional norms and the deepening of teaching reform Basic information. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the total number of staff, the professional titles, academic qualifications, ages and working years of 41 disease prevention and control institutions in Chongqing. The results of the investigation were analyzed and discussed. Results: The 29 CDC institutions in Chongqing had professional titles and academic qualifications, all of which surpassed the national level in 2005. Among them, the academic records mainly consisted mainly of specialties. Most of the staff in the institutions were mostly middle-aged and elderly persons. Conclusion: There is an urgent need for a large number of health inspection personnel in Chongqing to enrich grassroots human resources in order to ensure the prevention, control and monitoring of diseases.
