[目的]了解枣庄市无偿献血人群乙肝病毒(HBV)、丙肝病毒(HCV)和梅毒螺旋体(TP)感染情况,为保证血源安全提供基础数据。[方法]对2002～2009年枣庄市无偿献血者HBV、HCV和梅毒感染指标检测资料进行分析。[结果]2002～2009年累计检测献血者血样161 052份,HBsAg阳性率为1.63%,男、女性阳性率分别为1.70%、1.53%(P<0.05),各年阳性率为1.04%～2.20%(P<0.01);抗-HCV阳性率为0.30%,男女性阳性率分别为0.30%、0.31%(P>0.05),各年阳性率为0.19%～0.38%(P<0.05);抗-TP阳性率为0.33%,男女性阳性率分别为0.34%、0.33%(P>0.05),各年阳性率为0.21%～0.46%(P<0.01)。不同年龄HBsAg阳性率为1.58%～2.06%(P<0.05),抗-TP阳性率为0.00%～0.48%(P<0.01),不同年龄抗-HCV阳性率为0.26%～0.42%(P>0.05)。[结论]枣庄市无偿献血者HBsAg、抗HCV、抗-TP阳性率处于一般水平。
[Objective] To understand the infection of Hepatitis B virus (HBV), Hepatitis C virus (HCV) and Treponema pallidum (TP) in blood donors in Zaozhuang City, and provide the basic data for guaranteeing blood safety. [Method] The data of HBV, HCV and syphilis infection in voluntary blood donors from 2002 to 2009 in Zaozhuang were analyzed. [Results] A total of 161 052 blood samples were obtained from donors in blood samples from 2002 to 2009, the positive rate of HBsAg was 1.63%. The positive rates of male and female were 1.70% and 1.53% (P <0.05) respectively, the positive rates were 1.04% -2.20 % (P <0.01). The positive rate of anti-HCV was 0.30%, the positive rates of male and female were 0.30% and 0.31% respectively (P 0. 05), and the positive rates were 0.19% -0 0.38% The positive rate of -TP was 0.33%, the positive rates of male and female were 0.34% and 0.33% respectively (P> 0.05). The positive rate of each positive rate was 0.21% -0.46% (P <0.01). The positive rate of HBsAg at different ages was 1.58% ~ 2.06% (P <0.05), the positive rate of anti-TP was 0.00% -0.48% (P <0.01), the positive rate of anti-HCV at different ages was 0.26% -0.42% 0.05). [Conclusion] The positive rates of HBsAg, anti-HCV and anti-TP in voluntary blood donors in Zaozhuang are normal.
