笔者在工作实践中深刻体会到:要做好小学低年级班级管理工作,需要班主任更多爱心与投入,才能既教会学生知识,又教会学生做人的道理。
The author deeply understands in the practice of the work: To do well in the management of class in the lower grades of elementary school, we need more love and devotion from the teacher, so that we can not only teach the students knowledge but also teach students how to behave.
