本试验对玉米单株穗重、叶绿素含量等13个农艺、生理性状进行了遗传相关性分析,并对部分性状与产量的相关进行了通径分析。分析结果表明:①百粒重、穗长、吐丝期叶绿素含量和根系抗垂直拔力与单株籽粒产量具有显著的正遗传相关;叶向值与单株籽粒产量具有显著的负遗传相关;其余性状(株高、穗位高、叶面积、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、穗粒数)与单株籽粒产量的相关不显著;②对部分性状与单株籽粒产量的遗传相关的通径分析表明,百粒重和穗长与产量的相关主要是由自身的直接效应造成的,而株高,穗位高、叶绿素含量、叶向值和穗粗与产量的遗传相关主要是由间接效应造成的;穗行数、行粒数和穗粒数与产量的遗传相关是直接效应和间接效应综合作用的结果。
In this experiment, 13 agronomic and physiological traits such as panicle weight and chlorophyll content of maize were genotyped, and the correlations between some traits and yield were analyzed.
