本工作是继ZhT-1301型质谱计总体及离子源的改进后,进一步探讨仪器改进中影响峰形和离子流稳定性的一些因素,提出了改善的方法。
This work is following the ZhT-1301 mass spectrometer population and the improvement of the ion source, to further explore some of the factors that affect the peak shape and ion flow stability of the instrument improvements, and put forward an improved method.
