目的 :通过动物低氧实验 ,检测有关血清酶的活性变化 ,观察EPO、睾酮、皮质醇对低氧小鼠血清酶活性的影响 ;方法 :应用低压舱小鼠实验 (42 .6kPa,2 2h/d) ,同时每天分别注射促红细胞生成素 (EPO ,ip ,2 0 0u/kg·d)、睾酮 (im ,2 .5mg/d)、皮质醇 (sc ,0 .5mg/d) ,观察对低氧小鼠血清酶 (CKase、CK -MBase、HBDHase、LDHase)活性的影响 ;结果 :对不同条件小鼠的血清酶活性测试结果表明 ,持续重度低氧对小鼠的心肌产生损伤作用 ;在小鼠低氧期间注射EPO明显减轻低氧对心肌的损伤 ;结论 :EPO对低氧动物心肌具有保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of EPO, testosterone and cortisol on the activity of serum enzymes in hypoxia mice by animal hypoxia test.Methods: The experiment of low-pressure cabin mice (42.6kPa, 2 2h / (EPO, 200u / kg · d), testosterone (im, 2.5mg / d) and cortisol (sc, 0.5mg / d) Hypoxia mice serum enzyme (CK-MBase, HBDHase, LDHase) activity; Results: The results of different conditions in mice serum enzyme activity test showed that sustained severe hypoxia in mice myocardial injury; in EPO during hypoxia in mice significantly reduced myocardial damage induced by hypoxia; Conclusion: EPO has a protective effect on myocardium of hypoxic animals.
