“多元智力理论”说明每个人同时拥有多种智力,只是这些智力在每个人身上以不同的方式、不同的程度组合存在,使得每个人的智力都各具特色。因此,学校里没有所谓“差生”的存在,每个学生都是独特的,也是出色的。既然这样,我们应该改变评价学生的方式,改变对待学生的态度,不能用消极的、挑剔的眼光去看学生,而应该用积极的、欣赏的眼光去看学生,这样才能收获不断的惊喜和快乐。我在自己的教育教学实践中有意识地做了一点尝试,收到了比较好的效果。
Theory of Multiple Intelligences shows that each person has multiple intelligences at the same time, but that these intelligences exist in different ways and in different degrees in each person, so that each person’s intelligence has its own characteristics. Therefore, there is no such thing as “poor student” in school. Each student is unique and excellent. In this case, we should change the way we evaluate students, change their attitudes towards students, and should not look at students negatively and critically. Instead, we should look at students in a positive and appreciative way so as to reap constant surprises and happiness. . I consciously made a try in my own education and teaching practice and received good results.
