我们近期轮流采用面神经阻滞穴位注射及星状神经节阻滞三种方法治疗顽固性面肌阵发性痉挛20例,疗效显著,特报告如下。 一、治疗方法 1、面神经阻滞:治疗开始第一天,以2％利多卡因5ml,康宁克通-A注射液20mg于患侧乳突前缘与外耳孔后缘之间穿刺进针达茎乳突孔附近,此时患者自诉耳内疼痛,回吸无血液及空气即可注药,数分钟后患者注射一侧面肌呈周围性瘫痪,阵发性痉挛自然停止。 2、穴位注射:治疗开始第二天,以2％利多卡
