党员权利是党内民主的逻辑起点,党员权利如果得不到保障,党内民主就成为无源之水,无本之木。本文从党员权利保障的角度,对发展党内民主,建设社会主义民主政治做些探讨。
Party members ’rights are the logical starting point for intra-party democracy. If the party members’ rights are not guaranteed, inner-Party democracy will become a passive water and a tree without capital. This article discusses the development of inner-party democracy and building socialist democratic politics from the perspective of guaranteeing the rights of party members.
