目的 研究 2型糖尿病患者血浆瘦素与年龄、性别、体重指数、胰岛素、血糖的关系。方法 用放射免疫分析法测定 5 9例 2型糖尿病患者血浆瘦素和胰岛素 ,用葡萄糖氧化酶法测血糖 ,并测量身高、体重 ,计算体重指数。结果 平均瘦素水平男性 (7.96± 6 .2 9) ng/ ml,女性 (16 .0 7± 13.14) ng/ ml,女性较男性明显为高。血浆瘦素与 BMI呈显著相关 (男性 r=0 .6 5 0 ,P <0 .0 0 1,女性 r= 0 .6 5 4,P<0 .0 0 1)。血浆瘦素与胰岛素显著相关 (r=0 .310 ,P<0 .0 5 )。瘦素与年龄无关 (P>0 .5 ) ,与血糖无关 (r =0 .0 2 6 ,P >0 .5 )。结论 血浆瘦素浓度与 BMI显著相关 ,显示存在瘦素抵抗 ,瘦素与胰岛素有显著相关性 ,提示瘦素可能与 2型糖尿病之间有一定的内在联系。
Objective To study the relationship between plasma leptin and age, sex, body mass index, insulin and blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Fifty-nine patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were tested for leptin and insulin by radioimmunoassay. Blood glucose was measured by glucose oxidase method. Height and weight were measured, and body mass index (BMI) was calculated. Results The mean leptin level was significantly higher in males than in males (7.96 ± 6.29 ng / ml, females (16.7 ± 13.14) ng / ml). There was a significant correlation between plasma leptin and BMI (r = 0.660, P <0.01, females r = 0.654, P <0.01). Plasma leptin was significantly associated with insulin (r = .310, P <.05). Leptin was not related to age (P> 0.05), but not to blood glucose (r = 0.26, P> 0.05). Conclusions Plasma leptin concentration is significantly correlated with BMI, indicating that there is leptin resistance. There is a significant correlation between leptin and insulin, suggesting that leptin may be related to type 2 diabetes.
