研究了光束加热条件下钎剂成分对薄板低碳钢钎焊工艺性能的影响。表明钎剂中石墨填加剂由于对光束的辅助吸收使钎焊时间短,避免或减少了钎剂中有效成分的烧损,明显改善Cu-Mn-Ni钎料对低碳钢接头间隙的填充能力,从而保证了良好的接头质量。
The effects of flux composition on the brazing process performance of low carbon steel sheets were studied under beam heating conditions.
