Based on the principle that electric power enterprise culture construction needs to follow, this paper elaborates the content of electric power enterprise culture construction and analyzes the strategy of electric power enterprise culture construction, in order to provide reference value for enhancing the cohesion of electric power enterprises and establishing the brand image of electric power enterprises.
