以往新建铁路对路基工程不大重视,以致通车后不少地段出现病害,影响行车安全,经济上受到巨大损失。人们在吸取多年的经验教训后,现已开始注意提高路基工程质量。相信今后这方面会得到改善。但既有铁路路基标准低、质量差、病害多的状态仍然存在很难适应高速、重载、大密度的铁路运输。为此全路不少单位做了大量的病害整治和试验研究工作。本文仅就土工聚合材料处理路基翻浆冒泥应用技术的情况谈一点体会。
In the past, the newly built railways did not attach great importance to the subgrade construction. As a result, many sections of the railway opened to traffic and affected the traffic safety and caused huge economic losses. After many years of experience and lessons learned, people are now beginning to pay attention to improving the quality of subgrade construction. I believe this aspect will be improved in the future. However, existing railroad subgrade has low standard, poor quality and many diseases, so it is difficult to adapt to the high-speed, heavy-load and large-density railway transportation. To this end a lot of units across the road to do a lot of disease remediation and experimental research. This article only talked about the application of geotechnical polymer processing subgrade mud and mud technology.
