使用补肾方剂（补肾健骨胶囊）对切除卵巢的雌性成年大鼠进行了治疗，并与正常对照组、模型组和尼尔雌醇治疗组的大鼠进行了比较。统计学结果显示，使用补肾健骨胶囊治疗的各组大鼠股骨骨载荷、骨桡度、骨强度、弹性模量等生物力学指标明显好于模型组，差异有显著性和非常显著性。说明补肾健骨胶囊治疗可明显改善去势大鼠的骨生物力学状态，提高骨骼抵抗外力冲击的能力，有效的防治大鼠去势后引起的骨质疏松症，避免骨折的发生。
Ovariectomized female adult rats were treated with Bushen prescription (Bushen Jiangu Capsule) and compared with normal control group, model group and Nilestriol-treated group. The statistical results showed that the biomechanical indexes such as femur bone load, bone stiffness, bone strength, and elastic modulus of the rats treated with Bushen Jiangu capsule were significantly better than those of the model group, and the differences were significant and very significant. The results showed that Bushenjiangu capsule treatment can significantly improve the bone biomechanics of ovariectomized rats, improve the ability of bones to resist external impact, effectively prevent osteoporosis caused by ovariectomized rats, and avoid the occurrence of fractures.
