红细胞(RBC)上具有许多与免疫有关的活性物质,国内外学者已在细胞和分子水平上进行了广泛研究。近年来研究又发现,RBC自身也能产生多种细胞因子,并对单个核细胞产生的多种细胞因子起非常重要的调控作用。本文对RBC自身产生的细胞因子及其调控细胞因子的机理研究进行评述。RBC对细胞因子的调控机理可能与RBC上的CR1 与致病原一起形成CR1(Ag)/CD58/CD2 三联复合体,并促发TcR/CD3 的形成与信号传导起“抗原递呈”作用有关。
There are many immune-related active substances on erythrocytes (RBCs), and scholars at home and abroad have carried out extensive research at the cellular and molecular level. In recent years, the study also found that RBC itself can produce a variety of cytokines, and a variety of cytokines produced by mononuclear cells play a very important regulatory role. In this paper, we review the mechanism of cytokines produced by RBC itself and its regulation of cytokines. The mechanism by which RBC regulates cytokines may be related to the formation of CR1 (Ag) / CD58 / CD2 triplex with CR1 and pathogenic agents on RBCs and contribute to the formation of TcR / CD3 and signal transduction “antigen presentation” .
