爱是一门艺术,更是一门学问,能爱是一种心态,善爱则是一种境界,幼儿教师要善爱,懂得如何爱。老师要用爱心走进孩子的心田,不仅要爱聪明、听话、懂事、活泼的孩子,而且要爱那些调皮、捣蛋、好动、叛逆的孩子。只有这样大公无私的大爱,孩子们才能充分感受到快乐和幸福。幼儿时期是人生发展的重要时期,更是塑造孩子性格的关键时期。因此,幼儿教育需要教师付出更多的爱滋润他们幼小的心灵,让他们产生认同感、信任感、亲近感,从而更快地融入环境,接受教育,健康成长。
Love is an art, it is a knowledge, can love is a state of mind, good love is a realm, kindergarten teachers should love, know how to love. The teacher should love into the heart of children, not only love smart, obedient, sensible, lively children, but also love those naughty, tricky, restless, rebellious children. Only such a big selfless love, children can fully feel happy and happy. Early childhood is an important period of life development, but also shaping the child’s character of the critical period. Therefore, preschool education requires teachers to devote more love to moistening their young minds so that they will have a sense of identity, trust and closeness so that they can integrate into the environment more quickly, receive education and grow up healthily.
