近年来,为了适应教育发展形式的需要,充实学校体育教育的力量,笔者所在的黄陂区近三年来招聘了20多名大专院校体育专业的应往届毕业生。如何让这些新聘的教师完成从学生到老师角色的转变,如何促进他们的专业成长,是作为区级教学业务主管部门的教学研究室必须思考的问题之一。近年来我们通过积极采用各种策略,让这些新聘的体育教师快速成长,让他们成为我区体育教学的新兴力量。策略之一:建立新聘教师电子信息档案,完善新聘教
In recent years, in order to adapt to the needs of educational development and enrich the strength of physical education in schools, the author’s Huanghua District has recruited more than 20 college graduates in the past three years. How to make these newly recruited teachers complete the transition from students to teachers, and how to promote their professional growth is one of the issues that must be considered by the teaching and research office of the district-level teaching and administrative department.
