The traditional concept of “death” is heartbeat and respiratory arrest, but with the development of medical science, artificial resuscitation and circulation can save or delay the death of some cases.Through a large number of repeated clinical observations and studies, Coupled with the development of organ transplantation, the concept of “death” has been further recognized and transformed, and new concepts have been proposed, namely “brain death” (also known as Coma depasse or Irreversible Coma) Refers to the loss of irreversible global brain function, although the patient maintained a heartbeat, but the brain function never recovered, heartbeat will eventually stop within a certain period of time. Therefore, how to determine the “brain death” standard, in order to facilitate the “brain death” Before the active rescue, in the “brain death ” early make the right judgments, at the moment more important .A standard of brain death
