中国政府的计划并不仅仅只为造福中国人民,也会在全世界范围内产生影响。我感到担忧的则是——目前中国对新能源汽车和充电设施这两方面关注的失衡11月中旬,APEC(亚太经济合作组织峰会)在北京落下帷幕,会议的最后一周签署了一项重要声明:中国国家主席习近平与美国总统奥巴马联合宣布同意在长期内致力于二氧化碳排放量的降低。在中美碳减排协议中,中国承诺将可再生能源占一次能源消费比例从2015年的15%提升到2030年的20%左右,20%这个概念对中国来说意味着2030年的总电力输出应为800~1000千瓦,是2014年煤炭燃烧量的总和,更意味着中国必须重新谋划能源结构和布局,必须下大力气给予清洁能源、绿色能源和新兴替代能源更多支持。这一目标是在政府发布了一连串公告之后发布的,也显示出中国政府对减少二氧化碳排放和污染的决心。
The plan of the Chinese government is not only for the benefit of the Chinese people but also affects the whole world. What worries me is the current imbalance between China’s concern over new energy vehicles and charging facilities. In mid-November, APEC (APEC summit) came to an end in Beijing and an important statement was signed in the last week of the meeting : Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Barack Obama jointly announced their agreement to reduce their carbon dioxide emissions over the long term. In the Sino-US carbon emission reduction agreement, China promised to increase the share of renewable energy in primary energy consumption from 15% in 2015 to about 20% in 2030, and the 20% concept means to China the total electricity in 2030 Output should be 800 ~ 1000 kilowatts, is the sum of coal combustion in 2014, but also means that China must re-plan the energy structure and layout, we must make great efforts to provide more support for clean energy, green energy and emerging alternative energy sources. This goal, released after the government released a series of announcements, also shows the Chinese government’s determination to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and pollution.
