近年来,高速搅拌球磨机扩大用于加工较粗原料,并生产出细粒产品。这一发展是与设计和加工有关的一些革新,如:发明了新的搅拌和介质分离系统及完全避免矿浆分开制备装置,连续磨矿过程成为可能。由于有较高的能量密度及较高的磨矿效率,在矿业上以高速搅拌球磨机替代普通滚磨机进行细磨很有意义。本文仅就以水煤浆的制备过程磨煤的典型例子进行讨论,其结果证实试验搅拌式磨矿的潜力。
In recent years, high-speed mixing ball mill expanded for the processing of raw materials, and produce fine-grained products. This development is some of the innovations related to design and processing such as the creation of new mixing and media separation systems and the complete avoidance of separate pulp preparation units, as the continuous grinding process becomes possible. Due to the higher energy density and higher grinding efficiency, it is significant to replace fine grinding with a high-speed agitator ball mill in the mining industry. This article discusses only typical examples of coal washing in the preparation of CWS and the results confirm the potential of testing agitated grinding.
