义务教育课程标准实验教科书中许多文章图文并茂,课文插图可以帮助学生从整体上把握文章的主要内容,对学生的形象感知发挥重要作用,有的学生在阅读课文时对文本的理解比较困难,这时可用插图引导学生理解文章的内容,同时利用插图加深学生的体验,使学生在阅读中有所感悟,形成独特体验与见解,使学生从更深层把握文章主旨。给插图拟题对也是加深学生体验的好方法,以插图为契机拟题写文章,可以训练学生的想象和写作能力。教师应创造性地使用教材,用活教材,特别是课文插图这个不起眼的板块,充分发掘其潜力,培养学生的综合能力。
