目的研究0~2.5 MPa氦氧暴露对潜水员最大握力和手眼协调能力作业绩效影响。方法采用握力计测试不同压力环境中潜水员的左右手握力,徒手使用棉质线穿纽扣孔的方法测试不同压力环境中潜水员的手眼协调能力,对结果采用重复测量方差分析。结果结果0~2.5MPa高气压环境动态地降低了氦氧暴露条件下潜水员的左右手最大握力和手眼协调能力。经重复测量方差分析,表明环境压力对右手握力左手握力(F=1.936,P(0.05)及手眼协调能力(F=9.618,P(0.05)的影响均显著。结论潜水员左右手最大握力值呈明显下降的原因可能与高气压导致的中枢性疲劳有关;而手眼协调能力下降的原因可能与高气压引起中枢神经系统功能紊乱导致手、眼震颤,从而影响作业绩效有关。
Objective To study the effect of helium and oxygen exposure at 0 ~ 2.5 MPa on maximum and hand-eye coordination of divers. Methods Grips were used to measure the left and right hand grips of divers in different pressure environments. The hand-eye coordination function of divers in different pressure environments was tested by hand using the cotton thread through the button holes. The results were analyzed by repeated measures ANOVA. Results The 0 ~ 2.5MPa high pressure environment dynamically reduced the maximal hand grip and hand-eye coordination of divers under the helium-oxygen exposure conditions. Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that environmental pressure had a significant effect on right hand grip left hand grip force (F = 1.936, P (0.05) and hand eye coordination ability (F = 9.618, P (0.05) May be related to central fatigue caused by high pressure; and hand eye coordination may be due to the high pressure caused by central nervous system dysfunction leading to hand, nystagmus, which affect the performance of the job.
