碳纤维增强聚合物是一种新兴的高强材料,最早应用于航空航天等高科技领域。近年来在土木工程领域中的研究与应用得到了迅速发展。较之传统的结构加固方法,碳纤维加固技术是一种新型高效的加固修复技术,它具有高强、高效、施工便捷、使用面广等优点。随着新材料碳纤维加劲塑料(CFRP)的大量生产和价格的逐渐降低,用CFRP代替钢板作为外贴加固材料已成为一种趋势。现针对碳纤维加固的原理、依据、前提进行了探讨,并对施工工艺进行了简要的论述。
Carbon fiber reinforced polymer is a new high-strength material, the earliest used in aerospace and other high-tech fields. In recent years in the field of civil engineering research and application has been rapid development. Compared with the traditional method of structural reinforcement, carbon fiber reinforced technology is a new and efficient reinforcement and restoration technology, which has the advantages of high strength, high efficiency, convenient construction and wide application. With the mass production of new material carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) and the gradual decrease in price, it has become a trend to replace the steel plate with CFRP as an externally applied reinforcing material. Now for carbon fiber reinforcement principle, basis, premise were discussed, and the construction process were briefly discussed.
