Bamboo was used to construct culverts. Before 1949, there were many routes in Hunan that used this approach. It has been more than 20 years ago, but it was seldom examined and summed up at that time. When the province conducted a traffic survey in 1958, it was generally in good condition after it was relieved of some entrances and exits. Due to the erosion of external forces of nature, it was slightly damaged. The previous practice, generally in accordance with the rules and regulations, the largest aperture is 30 cm, never beyond this range. After the liberation, although its standards have been modified, but the aperture is still about 50 cm. Between 1953 and 1955, some plains, stone and timber were more difficult to construct in Yongda County and Daci Road in our province, and the water area required was large. In order to gain time (at that time, it was initiated by migrant workers)
