麻疹是由麻疹病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病,多发于冬春季节,以小儿多见,成人患者很少。近年来,麻疹发病患者群年龄组发生了一些变化。现将我院麻疹患者血清酶:丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、心肌酶及发病年龄特征进行回顾性分析。1资料与方法1.1临床资料:我院2011年10月至2013年10月的住院患者154例,年龄1个月至46岁,平均(25±6)岁。根据年龄分为成年组和未成年组。成年组:18~46岁共111例,平均(31±
Measles is an acute respiratory infection caused by the measles virus. It occurs frequently in winter and spring and is more common in children than in adults. In recent years, there have been some changes in the age group of measles patients.
