本文通过对漳州市普通高中体育特长生的训练现状进行调查与分析,发现漳州市普通高中体育特长生在训练计划的制定、训练内容安排、训练计划完成、判断学生训练负荷、训练时间、疲劳恢复等方面存在着不合理的现象,并针对这些不合理的现象提出了相应的建议,为普通高中体育特长生在训练上提供了理论参考。
