用非离子表面活性剂Triton X—100胶束增溶PAN体系分光光度法测定微量金属(包括镍)已有报导。但灵敏度低(ε=3.7×10~4),手续繁琐。本文报道在pH为4—10,室温20℃左右,有巯基乙酸存在下,Ni-PAN-TritonX—100迅速形成稳定的紫红色络合物,在569.3nm处有强烈吸收。并对显色反应条件、共存离子影响及其消除进行了研究。灵敏度较文献[5]报道的有所提高,摩尔吸光系数ε为5.6×10~4,在0—25μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。
Spectrophotometric determination of trace metals, including nickel, with a non-ionic surfactant Triton X-100 micellar solubilizing PAN system has been reported. Compared with the literature reported in [5], the molar absorptivity ε is 5.6 × 10 ~ 4, which obeys Bill’s law in the range of 0-25μg / 25ml.
