以Michel转棙准则优化得到的平流层飞艇低阻外形为试验模型外形,对三种不同吊挂方式充气囊体结构的吊挂荷载在不同压差下对囊体变形的影响进行了初步试验研究.试验结果分析表明:充气囊体的长度随囊体内外压差的增加而减小,囊体直径随囊体内外压差的增加而增大;在不同压差下的不同吊挂方式对水平直径的变化影响不大,但在帘布吊挂方式时,帘布位置产生明显的局部凹陷,对其垂直方向的直径变化影响较大;薄壁横梁形式的侧向吊挂方式下,横梁吊挂点无明显局部变形,可以适用于平流层飞艇大体积充气囊体结构.
Based on the Michel transfer criterion, the low resistive shape of the airship is the shape of the experimental model. The preliminary experimental study on the effect of the hanging load on the balloon structure under different pressure differences is carried out. The analysis of the test results shows that the length of the balloon decreases with the increase of the pressure difference between the balloon and balloon, and the diameter of the balloon increases with the increase of the pressure difference between the balloon and the balloon. But the change of diameter has little effect. However, when the curtain is hung, the position of the curtain has a significant local depression, which has a great influence on the vertical diameter variation. In the lateral suspension mode with thin-walled beams, No obvious local deformation, can be applied to large-volume inflatable balloon structure of the airship.
