使用不同工艺对硬质合金刀具复合材料进行了热处理,并进行了显微组织、力学性能和铣削性能的测试与分析。结果表明:热处理工艺对硬质合金刀具复合材料的显微组织、力学性能和铣削性能有明显影响。热处理有利于提高硬质合金刀具材料的力学性能和铣削性能,700℃×1 h+500℃×3 h等温热处理的效果更为显著。与未热处理的刀具相比,700℃×1 h+500℃×3 h等温热处理使抗弯强度增加14.1%、抗拉强度增加29.4%、铣削性能提高39.3%。
The cemented carbide tooling composites were heat-treated with different technology, and the microstructure, mechanical properties and milling performance were tested and analyzed. The results show that the heat treatment process has a significant effect on the microstructure, mechanical properties and milling performance of the cemented carbide tool composite. Heat treatment is helpful to improve the mechanical properties and milling performance of the cemented carbide tool materials. The isothermal heat treatment at 700 ℃ × 1 h + 500 ℃ × 3 h is more significant. Compared with the non-heat-treated tool, the isothermal heat treatment of 700 ℃ × 1 h + 500 ℃ × 3 h increased the bending strength by 14.1%, the tensile strength by 29.4% and the milling performance by 39.3%.
