一、最佳化教育的概念所谓最佳化教育,就是以学生学习、发展障碍的诊断及其矫治为切入口,以寻找、强化儿童发展每一阶段的积极教育基因为重点,以“成功阶梯”为载体,以课堂教学为主线,以儿童健全人格的发展为目标,不断追求教育的理想,不断追求教育的卓越的实践活动。为此,我们建立了江苏省“儿童健全人格的发展研究--学生学习、发展障碍的诊断及其矫治”课题组来进行探索。
