目的了解北京市中小学校校医及保健教师情况,为加强校医和保健教师队伍建设提供参考。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对北京市教委所属的所有公立中小学校的校医及保健教师共1 702名进行调查。结果北京市中小学生与校医/保健教师的人数配备比例为754∶1,其中校医927名,中小学生与校医的人数配备比例为1 384∶1。校医/保健教师以女性为主(91.1%);年龄多在30~49岁之间(76.1%),30岁以下的比例仅为9%;从事校医/保健教师工作不超过5 a的比例较高(41.0%),平均年限为8.61 a。校医/保健教师专业为教育的比例最高(32.1%),其次是临床医学(20.9%)。从学历和职称来看,有本科以上学历者占61%;职称多是中级(42.6%)和初级(41.9%)。结论北京市中小学校校医存在配置不足、年龄结构不合理、从事校医工作的年限较短、职称结构也较不合理的问题,应加强对校医队伍的建设和管理。
Objective To understand the situation of school physicians and health teachers in primary and secondary schools in Beijing and provide reference for strengthening the construction of teachers and health teachers. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the total number of school doctors and health teachers in all public primary and secondary schools to which Beijing Municipal Education Commission belongs. Results The proportion of primary and secondary school students and school physicians / health teachers in Beijing was 754: 1, of which 927 were school doctors and the ratio of primary and middle school students to school physicians was 1 384: 1. The number of school doctors / health care teachers was mainly female (91.1%); those aged 30-49 (76.1%) were under 30 years of age and only 9% were under 30. The ratio of schoolteachers / health teachers who worked less than 5 years High (41.0%), the average life of 8.61 a. School doctors / health care teachers have the highest proportion of majors in education (32.1%), followed by clinical medicine (20.9%). In terms of academic qualifications and professional titles, those with a bachelor’s degree or above account for 61% of the total. Professional titles are intermediate (42.6%) and junior (41.9%). Conclusions The primary and secondary school medical schools in Beijing are not well-equipped, the age structure is not reasonable, the length of school medical work is short, and the title structure is also not reasonable. Therefore, the construction and management of school medical teams should be strengthened.
