探讨内皮素-1与星形细胞之间相互关系及其在脑出血的作用。方法:采用内皮素-1抗体SP免疫组化技术对脑出血患者尸检材料血肿周围脑组织反应性星形细胞内皮素-1表达水平进行检测。结果:发现脑出血组反应性星形细胞增生、肥大变性,存在内皮素-1的表达,而对照组星形细胞形态基本正常,偶见阳性。结论:内皮素-1及反应性星形细胞可能参与脑出血的病理机制。
To explore the relationship between endothelin-1 and astrocytes and its role in cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Endothelin - 1 antibody SP immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of endothelin - 1 in brain astrocytes around the hematoma in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Results: The reactive astrocytes were found to proliferate and hypertrophicly degeneration in ICH group, and the expression of ET - 1 was found. In control group, the morphology of astrocytes was normal and the expression was positive. Conclusion: Endothelin - 1 and reactive astrocytes may participate in the pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage.
