中国建材集团国际合作部卫锋:《框架》比较全面地覆盖了建材国际合作和国际贸易的总体内容,从投资、贸易到应对贸易摩擦、专家引进等方面都有了相应的思路。建材产品附加值不高,竞争非常激烈,因此行业自律尤为重要。在“走出去”的时候,靠企业单打独斗不太现实,联合会可以组织起来,在周边或非洲国家建立建材的经贸开发区,实现统一发展。

From the perspective of investment and trade, to the response to trade friction and the introduction of experts, the “Framework” has corresponding ideas. Building materials added value is not high, the competition is fierce, so industry self-regulation is particularly important. When going out, relying on business alone is not realistic. The federation can organize itself to establish an economic and trade development zone of building materials in the neighboring countries or African countries and achieve unified development.
