本文结合材料的微观结构,分别论述了半导体材料,有机材料,玻璃及其掺杂材料的非线性光学效应,并介绍了它们各自的特点及潜在的应用前景。
In this paper, the nonlinear optical effects of semiconductor materials, organic materials, glass and their doping materials are discussed in combination with the microstructure of materials. Their respective characteristics and potential applications are also introduced.
