猪胆汁提取物（病毒新滴眼液），通过体外细胞培养和动物实验表明该滴眼液具有抗病毒和抗炎作用。临床上我们通过双盲法对２３４例ＨＳＫ患者用病毒新滴眼液和无环鸟苷滴眼液治疗。治愈率分别是７５．４％和８２．３％。与病毒唑滴眼液共治疗ＥＫ１８５例，治愈率分别是８１．３％和８７．７％。说明病毒新滴眼液是一种有效的抗炎、抗病毒药物。 Pig bile extract (new virus eye drops), through in vitro cell culture and animal experiments show that the eye drops have antiviral and anti-inflammatory effects. Clinically, we double-blind 234 cases of HSK patients with viral neonate and acyclovir eye drops treatment. The cure rates were 75.4% and 82.3% respectively. With ribavirin eye drops co-treatment of EK185 cases, the cure rates were 81.3% and 87.7%. Description of the new virus eye drops is an effective anti-inflammatory, anti-viral drugs.
