采用化学分析、偏光显微镜和X射线衍射分析等测试手段对河南南阳夕线石矿的工艺矿物学进行系统研究,查明了矿石矿物组成、夕线石嵌布特征及有害元素赋存状态。结果表明,该夕线石矿风化程度高,含泥量大,有害元素Fe_2O_3含量高,去除难度大。在工艺矿物学基础上,采用选择性磨矿→脱泥→磁选→一粗一扫三精中矿集中返回的闭路流程处理矿石,获得了品位为89.11%的夕线石精矿,夕线石回收率达到51.41%且精矿理化性能达到了我国行业标准(YB/T 4032-2010)中GP-54级标准。
The chemical composition, the sillimanite distribution and the occurrence of harmful elements were systematically studied by chemical analysis, polarized light microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the sillimanite has high degree of weathering, high mud content and high content of harmful element Fe_2O_3, which makes it difficult to remove. On the basis of technological mineralogy, the ores were treated by the closed-circuit process of selective grinding → desliming → magnetic separation → a rough sweep of concentrated concentrated ore to obtain the 89.1% sillimanite concentrate, The recovery rate of stone reaches 51.41% and the physical and chemical properties of concentrate have reached the GP-54 level in China’s industry standard (YB / T 4032-2010).
