主要研究了环氧胶接接头在不同温度水中的老化行为,并用扫描电镜(SEM)和傅立叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)分析了其失效的机理。结果表明,提高温度可以加速环氧胶接接头在水中的老化;环氧胶接接头在水中破坏失效的原因主要是渗入到胶接层的水分子取代了胶粘剂分子在金属表面的粘附。
The aging behavior of epoxy adhesive in water at different temperatures was mainly studied. The mechanism of the failure was analyzed by SEM and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results show that increasing the temperature can accelerate the aging of the epoxy adhesive in water. The main reason that the epoxy adhesive fails in water is that the water molecules penetrating into the adhesive layer replace the adhesion of the adhesive molecules to the metal surface.
