矩形钢管混凝土组合异形柱框架-支撑体系延性较好,具有较大的抗侧刚度,可应用于高层建筑。沧州福康家园项目是全国第一个应用异形柱技术的高层钢结构住宅小区,其中18层住宅全部采用矩形钢管混凝土组合异形柱框架-支撑体系,最大建筑高度达53.2 m,异形柱技术应用到此高度尚属首次,该结构在罕遇地震下的抗震性能值得关注和研究。采用有限元分析软件对该结构进行静力弹塑性分析,结果表明该结构具有良好的延性,在较大位移变形下可以保持一定的承载能力。在合理设计下,该结构体系破坏机制合理,可以实现支撑先发生屈服、梁后发生屈服、柱子基本不屈服的合理破坏机制,可应用于高达50 m左右的高层钢结构住宅。该体系抗震性能好,土地利用率高、建筑效果好、应用前景广阔。

Cangzhou Fukang Homestead Project is the first high-rise steel structure residential district in China to use special-shaped column technology. Among them, 18-storey residential buildings all use rectangular CFST special-shaped frame-support system with a maximum construction height of 53.2 m. The static elasto-plastic analysis of the structure is carried out by finite element analysis software. The results show that the structure has good ductility and can maintain a certain bearing capacity under large displacement deformation. Under proper design, the damage mechanism of the structural system is reasonable, and the reasonable failure mechanism of yielding after the support, yielding after the beam, and basically not yielding to the pillar can be applied to high-rise steel structure houses up to about 50 m in height. The system has good seismic performance, high land utilization, good construction effect and broad application prospect.
