本文根据口腔咬合力测量传感器的要求和特点,详细分析了旧传感器存在的问题,介绍了新设计传感器的结构特点,并对其力学性能、应力大小、分布及输出等进行了理论分析。通过对新旧传感器结构及实测数据比较,证明了新传感器大幅度提高了仪器测量精度(线性和重复性精度)、稳定性和寿命,并解决了传感器在清洗消毒时的密封问题,从而使仪器能满足口腔医学教学、科研及医院口腔科牙病诊治临床应用的要求。
Based on the requirements and characteristics of oral occlusal force measurement sensor, this paper analyzes the existing problems of the old sensor in detail, introduces the structural characteristics of the newly designed sensor, and analyzes its mechanical properties, stress magnitude, distribution and output. By comparing the structure of the old sensor with the measured data, it is proved that the new sensor greatly improves the measurement accuracy (linearity and repeatability), stability and life span of the sensor and solves the problem of the sensor in the cleaning and disinfection, so that the instrument can Meet the dental teaching, research and clinical stomatology dental clinic clinical requirements.
