本文着眼开展职业技术教育对教员执教能力提出的新要求,对教员队伍建设中的教员教学观念转变、部队经验积累、培训机制构建、实践性教学方法探索、信息化教学开发等问题进行了探讨。
In this paper, we focus on the new requirements of vocational and technical education for the coaching ability of teachers, and probe into such issues as the change of teachers’ teaching concept, the accumulation of military experience, the construction of training mechanism, the exploration of practical teaching methods and the development of informationized teaching in the teaching staff building.
